Everything you need to know about requesting a table and arriving at AY OXFORD.
You can submit a table request through our online reservation form. Please provide your preferred date, arrival time and party size.
Your request is reviewed by AY OXFORD LTD and is only confirmed once we have contacted you with confirmation.
Table requests can be submitted through the website, subject to availability.
For larger groups, we recommend making a request at least 24 hours before your preferred visit time.
No. Submitting the form sends a reservation request only.
Your table is confirmed once AY OXFORD LTD has provided confirmation using the contact details supplied with your request.
Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your date, arrival time or party size.
Changes requested less than 24 hours before arrival are subject to availability and may not always be possible.
If you expect to be late, please contact us where possible.
Tables may normally be held for up to 15 minutes after the confirmed arrival time. After this period, the table may be released depending on availability and the circumstances.
If you can no longer attend, please contact AY OXFORD LTD as soon as reasonably possible.
Where possible, cancellation requests should be made at least 24 hours before the confirmed arrival time. This gives us an opportunity to make the table available to other guests.
We do not normally charge a cancellation fee for standard table requests.
If a particular booking has different arrangements, these will be explained before the reservation is confirmed.

Yes. Guests are welcome to visit without a reservation, subject to seating availability at the time of arrival.

Please provide the expected number of guests and your preferred arrival time. We recommend submitting larger group requests at least 24 hours before your planned visit.
All group requests remain subject to available seating and the arrangements of the venue.
